Our Trailside Academy program offers a 10 hour per week drop-off program from the months of September to May. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Students and families enrolled in Trailside Academy will receive…

  1. Guided math and language arts instruction using carefully picked curricula and lessons plans that incorporate hands-on and project based learning. Students will learn with dedicated, caring, and experienced instructors.
  2. A relaxed academic environment with flexible pacing and small class sizes to ensure confidence and mastery of concepts.
  3. Correspondence via Google Classroom. Families are able to follow their students progress at home via updates, tips to expand on concepts at home, and homework assignments from their math, English, and homeroom teachers.
  4. A homeroom with peers. Homeroom includes ample time for enrichment, lunch together, interest-led and project based learning, socialization, and time outdoors.
  5. Community building. Enrollment in the Trailside Academy program grants access to our Trailside Adventures Facebook group. Families enrolled in this group will have the opportunity to join in on frequent Trailside coordinated outings, park dates, events, and field trips.
  6. Wonderful outdoor space, playground, and nature trail to allow your child time to run, explore, and play.
  7. The confidence in knowing that they are attending a licensed and insured, DECAL-Exempt program in a safe and well-maintained rental facility equipped with fully functioning classrooms.

Tuition

Our program offers 10 hours a week of drop-off class time. Tuition is $2,500 for the school year. ($278 monthly)

At the time of registration, you will be asked to pay a small registration fee of $25 per enrolled child. This will guarantee your spot in the program. Families are responsible to purchasing and obtaining needed workbooks, and Trailside will provide the rest.

Discounts

  • We offer a sibling discount at the rate of $2,000 per sibling.
  • Families choosing to pay in full will receive a 5% discount of their total.
  • Families enrolled in our Trailside Academy days will receive 20% off their total of “Trailside A la Carte” offerings

Flexible Payment Plans

Upon registration you will have the opportunity to choose to receive an in-full invoice, monthly invoices, or to arrange a customized payment plan. First payments are due by September 1st 2021.

At Trailside, we hope to work with families by offering flexible, customizable payment plans. If an in-full or monthly plan does not suit your needs, please email trailsidega@gmail.com to arrange an additional plan.
